• Consultation Visit

    Required for all new clients, we will come to your home to meet you and the pet(s) we will be caring for. During this free visit, we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys and tour your home while discussing your pet(s) routine schedule, including feeding, exercise, sleeping and any special needs they may have.

  • Payments

    Payments are due on or before the beginning of service.

    We accept cash, check (made out to Stephanie Alston or Stephanie’s Pampered Pet Care) or online via Zelle.

    A late fee of 25.00 will be added to the total invoice if not received by day five of service.

    A 30.00 fee is assessed on all returned checks. All fees are due promptly and must be paid via money order or cash only.

  • Cancellations

    For Pet Sitting Clients: We require a minimum of 48 hours before the start of the first scheduled visit or a cancellation fee of 50% of total invoice will be due.

    Midday Walk Clients: We require a call or text by 8am the morning of the scheduled walk for full credit back.

  • Ready-Key Program

    As a member of this free program, you supply us with a set of keys which will be coded and retained by your assigned pet sitter during service. When not in service, your keys will be securely maintained in the company’s office, separate from your personal information. No need to schedule time to drop off or pick up keys, just call our office to request services, verify your information, pay service fee and you’re all set to enjoy your time away.

    If you choose not to enroll, a 15.00 fee will be charged per drop off and/or pick up of keys.
